Review Text: All the BOOM you can handle. All thump and deep tones without any other audio bleed. This Sony subwoofer has all the oompf you want without any of the other noises of some subs I have used in the past. Some subs send all the audio though from what you are listening too and its just a deeper sound of all the other speakers. This SA-SW5 is just boom, rumble, kablooey and deep tones you may not have experienced before. It is everything you want from a subwoofer. It even has a nice aesthetic to it. Kind of a cross between the leather like texture from Sony cameras and audio amps from a rock concert. It looks good and worthy of being shown off in your setup. And If you are buying any of the HT series Sony surround soundbars. This will make a great companion to make sure you feel all the audio the soundbar lets you hear. Now if they would just bring back that audience is listening sound we use to hear in theaters a few decades ago so I could upset my neighbors on Friday nights.
