Review Text: Deffective. I bought a pack of 2black xl size, also the pack of 2 tri color xl size. Faded color is the symptom. It has been 2 years since i'm trying to figure out what's the problem. First thing, I changed the cartridge(pack of 2), no luck. Then i cleaned the printer heads(phisicaly), aligned, software 3 level cleaning(hp envy printer). No luck. I bought a different printer, thinking this one has 5 years and maybe its time. Now I decide to buy 2 more cartridges and check before i throw the printer away. Problem solved. My problem is with customer service. No one takes responsibility for accidents like these(bestbuy or HP). It was more than $100 in ink and a new printer. One of them was bought in the store, the other online(ORDER # BBY01-783600035574) Pretty annoying (Bestbuy and HP)
