Review Text: Extremely Disappointed. I've been an Otterbox Customer since the iPhone 4S was a thing and I've encountered ZERO damage up until today. At work I repair customer mobile devices and when they ask me for case reccommendations it's Otterbox everytime. I'm sad to say that ended yesterday when my Ipad Mini 6 took a small spill off a table at work. This product's first two layers of protection seems to protect from physical damage but third rubber piece fails to protect from the most important aspect. Shock. I'm a technician and I see/repair damaged tech like this on a daily basis. I'm not mad that I broke the ipad screen. I'm mad that I trusted a brand for so many years to protect my products, paid 70 for a piece of plastic with some crappy rubber attached to it that touts "2x the drop protection" And then proceeds to catastrophically fail while I'm in the middle of working with a customer (ironically for a screen replacement). I don't know what is going on with Otterbox but this is completely 100% unacceptable for me and as such I cannot in good conscience continue to promote a brand that misrepresents their product's capability. If I could give this product zero stars I would in a heartbeat.
