Review Text: Refrigerator side freezes Warranty service horrid. I bought this fridge November 16, 2019@Best Buy @Bay area blvd. to this day 4/16/2020 my fridge is not FIXED they have come out @5 times and replaced 3 different parts one of those parts twice. When part was replaced there was a gap left between the part and the walls of fridge. Also the door no doesn't close on its own like when it was delivered. My $1500 refrigerator now looks like a junk yard fridge. It was delivered November 23, 2020. I called whirlpool for the first time on January 30,2020 they came out for the first time on February 7,2020 because the refrigerator was icing up and later started making a VERY Loud noise... It freezes on ad off .Food freezes and thaws out in fridge causing food to spoil. They only have ONE authorized repair company in the Houston area ASI Appliance which might I add has horrible customer service. I bought this fridge because its bigger than most fridges save yourself the headache DON'T GET A WHIRLPOOL OR AMANA Its the same thing. I'm stuck paying for a piece of crap refrigerator.
