Review Text: Good but bulky. This pressure cooker/crisper is a great tool that we have used in the kitchen numerous times since opening it 10 days ago. This is our first pressure cooker so there has been a little bit of a learning curve for us., First, the weight. Its heavy, like 20-30 lbs heavy. My wife has a hard time taking it out of the cupboard and putting it back after use. I have never actually lifted up a cooker like this, so i do not have much of a comparison point.. Aesthetics aside, this cooker can do it all. It cooks in less, browns in even less. I was shocked at what it can do compared to my convection oven in a fraction of the time. Another thing we really enjoyed about this cooker was the recipe packet that was provided. It gave us some super easy to construct recipes which did not put us in the "veteran pressure cooker" category... this allowed us to ease into the use. All in all, we like it so far, and heaviness aside would recommend it.
