Review Text: Carafe broken just about a month. I love it at first because I can make my ice coffee very fast and easily. However, after about a month of use, the carafe got broken while I am filling the ice from my ice maker. See the pictures. It is very fragile that they didn't disclose in the product. I had to contact them, they asked me to buy another one because there is no warranty for it. I refused to buy them finally they sent me one for free. I am not so happy about it. With the price I paid, they should have a heavy-duty carafe. Overall, the coffee comes out decent.
