Review Text: Disappointing product from Logitech. Out of the box, the mouse felt fine. When it came to setting it up, I ran into the first hurdle. Getting the USB dongle out of the mouse was impossible without a tool. I don't have fat fingers, abnormally long or short fingernails or anything, the recessed location within the mouse is simply a poor design. I ended up using a paperclip to GENTLY pry the dongle out from its cave. On the first use of the mouse, everything worked fine with the laptop and the G-Hub software worked like it does for my other Logitech devices. Upon completion of the work, I went to remove the dongle from the laptop and the thing broke in half. Literally, plastic cap and part of the circuit board broke off from the metal base and the rest of the circuit board. Mouse is now inoperable after one use. Inexcusable design flaw. Tried to use the mouse with an older Logitech dongle as well with no luck. I'll just stick to my trusty G502 instead of this piece of junk.
