Review Text: It works BUT.... First the big BUTs... The dongle has a very short cable that is very stiff. And the other BUT is that you cannot use this as an audio splitter. If that were possible it would be an awesome feature, but it doesn't work, see picture I uploaded of the guide/instructions. Minor BUT, volume level was slightly reduced when using 3.5mm headphones and the lighting adaptor with this dongle. On the up side this thing does perform well at its most basic function of allowing you to connect both power and headphones at the same time. I tested this on my iPhone 7 and my iPad Pro 9.7 along with native Apple wired ear buds and also with Marshall and Beats headphones. Remote control worked fine with all sets and the Marshalls and Beats were using the 3.5mm to lighting adapter as well. I do not think there are other good or better options out there so I would still recommend these, just don't expect anything special for your money.
