Review Text: Perfect outdoors and Transformed my workout. Soundcore Bluetooth speaker is a winner. Just in time for summer pool time. That was my main reason for wanting this speaker. I love that it is waterproof so I don't have to worry about the kid's splashes. I have not had the guts to float it. The seal for the USB charging seems substantial enough to keep water out. (See in my pics) The impressive part is that you can link up to 99 other speakers together. I don't have two to do this with, but let me just say that this thing can base! I put it in my workout room and had an amazing workout. The lights going cheering me on, the music thumping keeping me motivated. OMGosh if you had even 2 or 3 of these, you'd wake-up the neighborhood for sure. One is impressive. I downloaded the app and found it to be easy to use and helpful. I made a custom setting that has the voice projecting louder than what the presets offer. Sometimes you want less base, sometimes not. I go back and forth between the options depending on my mood. I put the app on my husband's phone too. That worked, then it kicked him out and sent my phone a request for permission. I used the same login for both phones. Today I tried it again, but first I turned my Bluetooth off. It worked correctly this time. One thing I will say about the app is that it does seem overly invasive privacy wise. I would prefer it requesting less permissions. Out of the box it took between 1.5 to 2 hours to initially charge. Set up is easy, lights are adjustable within the app as far as programs go and can be turned on and off at the unit or from the app.
