Review Text: Beautiful range but damages very easily. I purchased and have had this range for about a month now. Works great except I was boiling some water for pasta two weeks ago and the water boiled over onto the cook surface and damaged the surface. I contacted Samsung which had a service center get in touch with me about the issue. I sent them photos (see attached photos) of the damage and upon their review and speaking with Samsung they deemed this physical damage and it will not be warrantied. I spoke to Samsung direct about this and they confirmed they will not warranty or stand behind this damage. So anyone that is looking for a new range, this is a nice range but the cooktop damages very easily. I hate to see what this cooktop will look like in 6 months. Needless to say I am very disappointed in the product and Samsung and will never purchase another Samsung product again. Buyer beware.
