Review Text: Major Disapointment With the Quality and Brand. Two years ago I bought this Kitchen Aid Refrigerator for around $3500 plus tax. About three months ago the freezer stopped cooling. The refrigerator at the time was 2 years and 2 months old, so it's out of the one year warranty and we don't have an extended warranty. Who would think you would need one when you spend this kind of money on an appliance! I called Whirlpool, they sent the request to their exclusive technician for in warranty and out of warranty repairs, Fields Appliance Service, Inc., of Orlando(local repair agent for Whirlpool). Here's where the gaggle began. The unit stops freezing, then freezes, stops freezing then freezes. Approx. every 2 weeks the techs come back and by they get here its freezing again, and they can't duplicate the problem. Does Whirlpool care! NOOO, Next time I'm buying a Samsung! Never again Whirlpool or Kitchen Aid.
