Review Text: oven coating cracked and rusting. The range is 4 years old and the bottom of the range is cracking and now several rust spots are showing. We have never used any household products on the range and only wipe out the ashes with a wet cloth after self cleaning. Clearly the coating was not put on sufficiently enough to manage the self cleaning temperatures. Samsung considers this 'cosmetic damage' and will not look at it.
