Review Text: Refrig Works, but door tray was broken. Just picked this refrigerator up on 9/19/20 after ordering it online. Got home and unboxed, opened the refrigerator door to find one of the trays in the door broken. Contacted Insignia support, they transferred me to Best Buy Support and spoke to a support agent briefly before I was disconnected. Called the Best Buy support phone back, they told me I needed to bring the entire refrigerator back in. The tray that was broke is about 10" long. My idea was to have a replacement door tray ordered. I assume since this refrigerator was made in China (stamped on box) they do not have parts for them. Needless to say I will keep the refrigerator with the broke tray, I don't feel like driving 70 miles round trip to take it back to the store, where they will have to order another one since they dont stock them, and drive another 70 miles to pick it up.
