Review Text: Google Zenbook hinge issue before buying. I was excited to buy the Q409ZA for my daughter's graduation gift seeing so many rave reviews, but unfortunately, I have to return it to BB. I opened it once to start the setup process, & when I attempted to close it, I heard a cracking noise. I realized the frame was separating from the display at the bottom left, around the hinge. I searched online & found many complaints about hinge issues with Asus laptops. I would love to think that we got the 1 "bad apple", but online complaints say differently. I'm extremely disappointed because this is a beautiful laptop with all the features that we wanted, at a great price.
