Review Text: Beautiful dryer!. After 10yrs of having my Maytags the washer started skipping cycles so I opted to upgrade to this brand. This is my first set of Samsung washer/dryer. The photos online doesn't do them justice. They are absolutely beautiful, the color is amazing with the rose gold trim. I love how large capacity this dryer has. Love all the settings and the SmartThings/Alexa connectivity. It dries my clothes very well and the cycles are not loud. I had Best Buy install and haul away my old ones. The delivery was seemless and the gentlemen that delivered and install were amazing. The connection on the back was cleanly and neatly installed with the stainless steal connections I purchased. They also ran a cycle on both to make sure everything worked correctly. So far I am extremely happy with my purchase and the service provided by Best Buy. My one complained is that the website erroneously stated a delivery date that was incorrect and I had to wait a little over a month to get them delivered. It was worth the wait!
