Review Text: Almost done with Msi laptops. I had the previous version of this laptop as well and Best Buy had to replace it after several times of sending it in to get fixed for things like the computer straight up stopping from working and by the end a fan straight up failed too. Best Buy decided to just replace that one with the new model since it was 2 years old (I had a 3 year warranty like I do on this one) and it was working well for about a week. Then problems started to show. They were intermittent at first, things like the audio completely failing to work and doing things in videos like the picture attach as well as games being unplayable while the computer is messed up, which would only go away after restarting the computer. I've been dealing with these problems for well over a month and they have only been getting worse. I have tried a long list of solutions that should work and have come to the conclusion that the problem is hardware. I have to restart my laptop at least once a day to fix these and it's starting to really get on my nerves. I use this laptop for college as well as some gaming in the off chance I get time to relax because I am very busy and don't have time currently to deal with these problems or to turn it into Best Buy where they'll send it to Msi for fixing for over 2 months like had happened at one time with my last laptop. I know several other people who have had these problems as well and I feel like the question needs to be held against either Best Buy or Msi to why they have such poor quality control for computers that are over 2 thousand dollars. When I find time to deal with them after this semester ends if Best Buy decides to replace the laptop I'm just going to have them change to a different brand like Asus because I've known them to have higher quality control.
