Review Text: Rough experience. The look of the range is clean and slick. If you cook something on the stove top you will see any and all mess on the shiny stovetop. Makes you want to clean your stove every single time you cook anything. I haven't had a good experience with the air fryer feature yet. The range does not provide a drip pan for the air fryer feature, so food will drip. I ended up using self clean to clean the drip after one week of use and the whole oven locked up and will not turn back on. We troubleshooted with Samsung with no luck. It took 8 weeks to get first range and now since this first one crapped out, Best Buy is making me wait another 5 weeks to get the replacement, and this is after speaking to management. I will never order appliances from Best Buy's consultant again, because he didn't even consult with us. Horrible experience now my family is without an oven for 5 weeks. Kinda want to go back to my 15 year old stove, when electronics wasn't an issue. The pictures are of the stove that stopped working after 7 days.
