Review Text: Amazing portable BT speaker with BIG sound. The Marshall Emberton II delivers, period. Battery life: A+, I've been playing it at no less than 50% volume and have had 26 hours of battery before I gave it a charge. It still had some life left. So the battery is spot on and will perform as advertised. Sound: A, overall the sound is very good. You do experience a bit of distortion at max volume, which is not a surprise. The distortion is minimal and varied between music genres, more noticeable with hard rock or deep base. When using the volume at nominal range 50-85% (is my opinion) the sound is crisp, it delivers the highs and mids on demand and the bass hits very well for such a compact design. Design A+, A minimalist approach yet very elegant and sleek. The beauty of the aged Marshall design makes it a great piece to sit anywhere you'd decide to place it. Connectivity: It paired quickly to my phone & tablet. It can also be paired to your desktop or laptop if you wish. No connection issues at time of testing. This speaker does not pair with the Marshall app at this time.
