Review Text: Great washer. After seeing its 4 star review I'm extremely happy with this washing machine. When I checked consumer reports about this machine it received a very low rating and I became a bit leary until I realized all the complaints were from people who don't know how to read the instructions on using this washer! Its It's a high efficiency machine and "he products" are necessary for it to work at its optimum level. I read complaints about white streaks from detergent were left after doing a load of laundry. If you read the instructions it clearly stated to use high efficiency detergent as its low sudsing. Those that complained I'm sure used regular detergent which would account for the white streaks as it uses minimal water and there high sudsing detergent would produce that undesirable effect. Also when people complained about the washer shaking to much and being too loud. If you read the instructions on how to load the drum properly you'll have a minimal shaking during spin cycles. As far as it being loud, I found it to be no louder than any machine I've every had. I do have it in my basement so the sound is minimal so if you have it on the same level where you happen to live and hearing the slightest noise bothers you I suggest you spend 4x the amount of $$ that this machine costs and I'm sure it might be a bit quieter. All in all a great bang for the buck and I would recommend this washing machine to anyone.
