Review Text: Good build, ok on everything else. I bought these a few days ago and there are some settings that are weird and may not be customizable. I'm still adjusting. The sound quality is pretty solid, although the low end is a bit light. These sound great listening to rock, country, pop and jazz. Not so great for rap, hip hop or dance/house music (compared to other headphones). I found, at least in my ears, you do have to have the right size silicone ear piece attached. Otherwise it sounds like it's cutting out. I also have trouble with the right one going in and out. They may be bad, not sure yet. I do find it annoying I have to go into the app half the time to make both buds connect. These are great in everything such as bluetooth 5.0, using USB-c, waterproof, and awesome battery life. I'm just disappointed with the connectivity this far.
