Review Text: I really wanted to like this headset.... I really wanted to like this headset. It looks really cool. But why 1 star? First, the driver for this is not well designed. Even after checking "Listen to this device" from the microphone settings, volume control for the microphone is not in headphone settings. I am not willing to listen to myself with full volume with voice delays. I spent hours to fix this with the previous version of the drivers, etc. Second, the software "Alienware Command Center" almost has no settings for the headset. From the home, you can change the sound mode, but you can't control any sound manually. Nothing to adjust for surround sound. Third, I called customer service and technical support, and they told me they won't assist me because I didn't buy this headset directly from them. From this point, more things bothered me. I won't list them all. The headband (if that's what you call it) is too spread open since the earpieces are at the inner side of the band. Since it is too spread, the pressure is on the center of the top of my head. And also, because of this, the firm hold of the earpiece is at the bottom; it doesn't hold on to your ear all around. Good thing is that the cushion it has is comfortable enough to not apply full pressure. The modes you select from the software affects the communication sound of people talking with bass and sound effects. If you are on discord and have the mode at shooter, you hear people talk on discord with similar sound effect. It's annoying when they say the letter "s" strongly or "ch" and "sh" sound. Then, I change the mode but don't get the type of audio I want to hear from the game. Returning this headset.
