Review Text: very different non-stick surface, easy to clean. Ninja has a new cookware set with a unique non-stick surface that is clearly different than my non-stick set that this is replacing. My old set ended up flaking and losing its non-stick ability a few years after I had owned it, this Ninja Foodi NeverStick claims that it will never lose its non-stick ability if you care for it properly. After an initial washing of all the cookware, I was eager to try it out and see how well it works. Following the directions to properly use these, I heated up the 8-inch fry pan to cook some eggs, and my initial testing did not go very well. It may have been that I expected more, but my eggs stuck to the pan on each of my attempts. I had to use some oil to keep that from happening. However, clean up was easy and the egg residue was easily removed with the water stream from my faucet. Again, my expectations may be unrealistic here. My wife has been happy with the way the pans heat up and the look and feel of them overall. The silicon handles do stay cool to the touch, but the lid silicone is a little small, so you may want to use potholders to handle those. These pans have a great looking crimson color, and they appear to be well built and I have faith that they will last for years. I admit, I am a shark/Ninja fan and I have many of their products and I have yet to have one fail on me and I suspect these will follow that trend.
