Review Text: Do not buy. I had the range for less than 5 months when the lock mechanism for the upper oven failed (improperly engaged), which dented and chipped the inside of the upper oven door. Whirlpool will not replace the upper oven door due to a "use and care" issue. Apparently, I was supposed to know that the lock mechanism failed and not shut the door. If you buy this appliance, plan on not using the upper oven, because it is for looks only - you're not supposed to shut the door.
