Review Text: Invisible smart lock. I found this Level smart deadbolt very innovative and well designed and does not require making a complicated modification to the current door lock. Solid and sleek, and the battery compartment in the deadbolt is thoughtful, adding convenience when the battery needs to be replaced. First, I removed my old regular Kwikset from my entrance main door, inserted the Level deadbolt, and changed the strike plate; after everything was installed, I opened the Level app on iPhone, added it, and scanned the Apple HomeKit code in the manual inside the box and surprisingly the Level smart deadbolt installation was done within 12 minutes. Functionality via the app on the smartphone worked flawlessly. I like the design that invisibly transforms my regular deadbolt into smart without needing any additional hardware. Smart and exquisite!
